How can the public sector make use of innovative startups?

A workshop will be held at Ignite Sweden Day, December 4 in central Stockholm.

Ignite Public is a program where innovative solutions from startups are matched with actors in the public sector to solve their specific challenges. In 2019, the program is being implemented as a pilot program, after the previous project Ignite Sweden, which focuses on private companies, resulted in an overwhelming 45 collaborations.

On Ignite Sweden Day, which will be held on December 4, Uppsala Municipality and other municipalities will tell you how the pilot project went from first meeting to specific problem solving. In addition, Södertälje Municipality is participating – they have increased the use of organic food in public schools from local suppliers and reduced food waste thanks to the startup Stockfiller.

Do you represent the public sector and want to learn more about how your organization can benefit from innovative startups? During Ignite Sweden Day, a workshop will be organized.
